Qianhai Talent Housing in Qianhai
Introduce
To address the practical housing needs of talents and enterprises in Qianhai,
since 2016, we have successively put into operation Buildings 1-8 of Longhai Homeland,
Block B of Tanglang City, and Block C of Building 1 in the Science and Technology Ecopark,
with a total gross floor area exceeding 280 thousand square meters and a total of 5,851 units of affordable rental housing.
Both Longhai Homeland and Tanglang City are properties located above subway stations,
and the Science and Technology Ecopark project is situated in the Shenzhen Bay Science and Technology Ecopark,
all enjoying superior geographical locations and complete transportation and living facilities.
Since September 2016,
through the release of allocation application notices on the official website of Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone,
multiple batches of allocations have been carried out,
with a total of more than 6,200 units of affordable rental housing allocated (including second allocation after lease termination),
benefiting more than 590 enterprises and more than 12,000 talents.
The rental operation and management of Qianhai’s affordable rental housing are undertaken by Shenzhen Qianhai Service Group Co.,
Ltd. In order to improve the service quality of Qianhai’s affordable rental housing and standardize the housing management system,
in addition to the “Qianhai International Talent Port” information acceptance window,
“rental service centers” are set up at each project site to be responsible for the on-site rental operation and management of Qianhai’s affordable rental housing,
including project site management, housing handover procedures, post-rental monitoring, property supervision,
affordable rental housing-related business consultation and complaint handling.
