The Hong Kong University Techno-Entrepreneurship Academy (HKU TEA), established through a collaboration between The University of Hong Kong (HKU) and the Qianhai Authority, will officially commence operations in Qianhai, Shenzhen. This marks an important milestone since the signing of the strategic cooperation agreement between the two parties in 2022. The aim is to provide a startup platform combining innovation and entrepreneurship with technology commercialisation for entrepreneurial youth and scientists in the Greater Bay Area. HKU TEA announced the commencement of construction in May 2024, with a focus on science and technology education and incubation, embodying the shared vision of both parties to create a new type of innovation and entrepreneurship base. The Academy will provide services and support for young scientific talents and scientists, with a particular emphasis on nurturing technological projects in fields such as artificial intelligence, healthcare, renewable energy, and new materials.

To thoroughly implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the important speech delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the celebration of the 25th Anniversary of Hong Kong's Return to China, Qianhai invites well-known venture capital institutions from both mainland China and abroad, such as Shenzhen Capital Group, Shenzhen Angel Mother Fund, China Reform Holdings, China Merchants Venture Capital, HKX, Hong Kong InnoAngel, Hony Capital, and Qianhai Mother Fund, to establish the "Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Youth Innovation and Entrepreneur Hub Fund Alliance" (hereinafter referred to as the Fund Alliance). Leveraging the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Youth Innovation and Entrepreneur Hub (hereinafter referred to as Ehub) as a platform, the alliance aims to create a highly open, organically collaborative, and deeply cooperative ecosystem for Hong Kong youth innovation and entrepreneurship.

The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups (HKFYG), founded in 1960, is the largest non-profit youth service organisation in Hong Kong. Its main purpose is to provide professional and diversified services and activities for young people to enable them to develop evenly in moral, intellectual, physical, social, and aesthetic aspects. Its funding mainly comes from government grants, the Community Chest allocations, donations from the Hong Kong Jockey Club, trust funds, activity fees, donations from enterprises and individuals, etc. HKFYG has a membership system and various professional services to support youth and families in Hong Kong and provide beneficial activities. With over 90 service units, it provides over 25,000 activities annually, attracting nearly 6 million participants.

The Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (also known as the South China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, the International Arbitration Centre of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and the Shenzhen Arbitration Commission, formerly known as the South China Sub-Commission of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission and the Shenzhen Sub-Commission of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, with the abbreviation "SCIA") was established in 1983. It is the first arbitration institution in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao region, a product of China's reform and opening up, the construction of special economic zones, and cooperation between the mainland and Hong Kong and Macao.

The National (Shenzhen Qianhai) New-type Internet Exchange Point is Shenzhen's first national-level information and communication infrastructure. It is an important measure by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to implement the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping and support Shenzhen Qianhai in advancing reform and opening up. It is also an innovative exploration of the multi-layered and three-dimensional adjustment of China's Internet top-level architecture. Shenzhen Qianhai New-type Internet Exchange Point Co., Ltd. is the operating entity of the National (Shenzhen Qianhai) New-type Internet Exchange Point. Adhering to the principles of neutrality, fairness, openness, and meager profits, it focuses on building a core information element interaction hub for the Greater Bay Area centered on Qianhai, achieving "one-point access, multi-point connectivity," effectively improving network quality, comprehensively enhancing interconnectivity levels, and forming a mutually beneficial and win-win new Internet ecology to promote the aggregated development of Shenzhen's Internet and digital economy industries. It can assist in Shenzhen-Hong Kong cooperation and the interconnection of information infrastructure in the Greater Bay Area, promote digital integrated development in the Greater Bay Area, and is of great significance for enhancing the information-based business environment in Shenzhen and Qianhai.

Qianhai Xiangjiang Youth Hub was jointly initiated and established on September 13, 2024, by the Youth League Committee of Qianhai Cooperation Zone, the Youth League Committee of Nanshan District, the Youth League Committee of Bao'an District, and the Hong Kong Youth Association. Relying on the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Youth Innovation and Entrepreneur Hub, the Hub focuses on better supporting and assisting the growth and development of Shenzhen-Hong Kong youth, serving as a new platform to help Shenzhen-Hong Kong youth achieve their dreams in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. It will provide Shenzhen-Hong Kong youth with services in learning and training, policy consultation, market matching, technological cooperation, investment and finance, talent introduction, etc. It will regularly organise seminars on the development of Shenzhen-Hong Kong youth, strengthen the connections between Shenzhen-Hong Kong young entrepreneurs, youth organisations, and the business community, build cooperation and exchange mechanisms among organisations, conduct friendly visits and practical cooperation, help Shenzhen-Hong Kong youth achieve their dreams in the Greater Bay Area, and promote the better integration of Hong Kong and Macao youth into the overall development of the country.
