One-Yuan Incubation Services
→ Recognition Criteria: Enterprises settling in the Ehub must belong to industries such as artificial intelligence, embodied intelligence, life sciences and health technology. They must have received equity investment from professional investment institutions or funding (including investment) from the Hong Kong SAR Government, statutory bodies, public organizations, universities, etc. The legal representative or more than one shareholder must be Hong Kong permanent residents, and the proportion of Hong Kong resident employees must meet the relevant requirements. → Subsidies: Incubation services are provided at a service fee of 1 yuan per square meter per month for three years, with rent-free accommodation.

→ Eligibility Criteria：Employers who hire Hong Kong and Macao youths after July 1, 2021, will receive subsidies. → Subsidies: A subsidy of CNY 20,000 per Hong Kong or Macao youth (under 45) employed, with an annual subsidy cap of CNY 200,000.

Innovative Product Funding For details, please refer to "Implementation Measures for Supporting the Scientific and Technological Innovation in the Shenzhen Municipal Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industrial Cooperation Zone".
→Eligibility Criteria: To support Hong Kong and Macao youths in innovation and entrepreneurship at the Ehub, for original technological products with independent intellectual property rights, Hong Kong and Macao youth entrepreneurial enterprises with Hong Kong residents accounting for no less than 50% of the workforce and that have received equity investment from professional investment institutions or funding (including investment) from Hong Kong SAR Government departments, statutory bodies, universities, etc., and whose original products have achieved their first application in Chinese Mainland. → Subsidies: A one-time reward of up to CNY 2 million will be provided for a single product, equivalent to 30% of the actual sales amount of the first contract (selected from the first three contracts).For enterprises with multiple first-launch products, the cumulative reward does not exceed CNY 5 million.

Innovative Product Funding

→Eligibility Criteria: To support Hong Kong and Macao youths in innovation and entrepreneurship at the Ehub, for original technological products with independent intellectual property rights, Hong Kong and Macao youth entrepreneurial enterprises with Hong Kong residents accounting for no less than 50% of the workforce and that have received equity investment from professional investment institutions or funding (including investment) from Hong Kong SAR Government departments, statutory bodies, universities, etc., and whose original products have achieved their first application in Chinese Mainland.
→ Subsidies: A one-time reward of up to CNY 2 million will be provided for a single product, equivalent to 30% of the actual sales amount of the first contract (selected from the first three contracts).For enterprises with multiple first-launch products, the cumulative reward does not exceed CNY 5 million.

→ Eligibility Criteria: Foreign-funded enterprises with an annual increase of no less than USD 5 million. Foreign-funded enterprises with an annual increase of no less than USD 5 million of injection from abroad. For an annual increase of no less than USD 5 million, a reward of 1% of the actual annual amount of foreign capital used is eligible to apply for; for an annual increase of no less than USD 30 million, a reward of 1.5% of the actual annual amount of foreign capital used will be provided. → Subsidies: The maximum annual foreign investment reward for a single foreign-invested enterprise does not exceed 30 million yuan.

For an annual increase of no less than USD 5 million, a reward of 1% of the actual annual amount of foreign capital used is eligible to apply for; for an annual increase of no less than USD 30 million, a reward of 1.5% of the actual annual amount of foreign capital used will be provided.
→ Subsidies: The maximum annual foreign investment reward for a single foreign-invested enterprise does not exceed 30 million yuan.

Corporate Income Tax Incentives
→ According to the "Notice from the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation on the Continuation of Income Tax Preferential Policies for Enterprises in the Shenzhen Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone" (Finance and Taxation [2021] No. 30) and the "Notice from the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation on the Income Tax Preferential Policies for Enterprises in the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone" (Finance and Taxation [2024] No. 13), eligible Hong Kong and Macao youth entrepreneurial enterprises established in the Qianhai Cooperation Zone will be subject to corporate income tax at a reduced rate of 15%.

Computing and Network Support Leveraging national-level computing and network infrastructure, a computing and network support system featuring "high-speed networks and high-quality computing power" will be established:
→Office Network Support. The Qianhai Exchange Centre will provide a three-month free trial of the "Qianhai Cloud Computing" service to Ehub enterprises; → Computing Power Service Provision. Relying on the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Computing Power Center and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Integrated Computing Power Service Platform, rich, high-quality, and economical computing card resources will be provided to enterprises with computing power needs, along with preferential support. The subsidy period does not exceed three years in total.
