Accommodation conditions
1. Permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China aged 18-45 with Chinese nationality.
2. Possess a Hong Kong associate degree or above (or a domestic college diploma or above).
3. Hong Kong youth who love the country and Hong Kong, support national reunification, and abide by laws and regulations.
4. Have no any form of self-owned housing in Shenzhen.
5. Have not enjoyed the preferential policies of housing purchase subsidy and rental subsidy of Shenzhen City and its districts (including Qianhai Cooperation Zone).
6. Have never checked into the Hong Kong Youth Inn.
7. The applicant shall be the actual occupant.
Target
1.Young individuals from Hong Kong and Macao who are staying in the Qianhai Cooperation Zone for a short period of time (up to 7 days) for job interviews, internships, employment, and entrepreneurship.
2.The employment or entrepreneurial team of the Hong Kong youth living in the transition period (up to 1 month) has received the notice of entry into the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Youth Innovation and Entrepreneur Hub,
and the application time is no more than 3 months from the issuance of the notice; or they are employees who have signed a labor (employment) contract of one year or more with enterprises and institutions in the Qianhai Cooperation Zone,
and the application time is no more than 3 months from the start time of employment agreed in the labor (employment) contract.
