“Hong Kong Youth Inn” aims to provide a transitional free accommodation for Hong Kong youth who are starting businesses or working in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
When young Hong Kong talents find stable jobs, they can apply for talent housing for long-term residence according to the policy.

Apartments on the 4th to 6th floors, Building J (Building 11), Phase II, Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Youth Innovation and Entrepreneur Hub, 5188 Menghai Avenue
93 intelligent guest rooms in total,
with complete supporting facilities, split air conditioners, water heaters,
washing machines, induction cookers, refrigerators and kettles.
In addition, there are a variety of apartment options available for young individuals,
including single room, one-bedroom and one-living room, and two-bedroom and one-living room.

Application for Short-term or
Accommodation conditions
1. Permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China aged 18-45 with Chinese nationality.
2. Possess a Hong Kong associate degree or above (or a domestic college diploma or above).
3. Hong Kong youth who love the country and Hong Kong, support national reunification, and abide by laws and regulations.
4. Have no any form of self-owned housing in Shenzhen.
5. Have not enjoyed the preferential policies of housing purchase subsidy and rental subsidy of Shenzhen City and its districts (including Qianhai Cooperation Zone).
6. Have never checked into the Hong Kong Youth Inn.
7. The applicant shall be the actual occupant.
Target
1.Young individuals from Hong Kong and Macao who are staying in the Qianhai Cooperation Zone for a short period of time (up to 7 days) for job interviews, internships, employment, and entrepreneurship.
2.The employment or entrepreneurial team of the Hong Kong youth living in the transition period (up to 1 month) has received the notice of entry into the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Youth Innovation and Entrepreneur Hub,
and the application time is no more than 3 months from the issuance of the notice; or they are employees who have signed a labor (employment) contract of one year or more with enterprises and institutions in the Qianhai Cooperation Zone,
and the application time is no more than 3 months from the start time of employment agreed in the labor (employment) contract.
3. Market-rate Discount for Hong Kong Permanent Residents Over 45: For Hong Kong permanent residents over 45 who do not meet the above accommodation criteria but wish to stay at the Hong Kong Youth Lodging Station, a discounted market-rate model will be implemented, charging a service fee of CNY 100 per night per room.
4. Limit on Applications: Each eligible applicant can apply for short-term and transitional accommodation at the Hong Kong Youth Lodging Station once, respectively.
5. Exceptions for University Professors: University associate professors and above stationed in the Ehub campus or invited by universities stationed in the Ehub campus to participate in various activities in Qianhai are not subject to application frequency restrictions.
6. Extension of Stay for Applicants Awaiting Approval: Applicants who have applied for affordable rental housing in Qianhai but have not yet received approval from the competent authority may submit an application for an extension of stay before the expiration of the accommodation period. Upon approval, the stay may be appropriately extended, but the extension shall not exceed 1 month (i.e., a total stay of 60 consecutive days).
