It serves as a stepping stone for young people from Hong Kong and Macao, aiming to become their "first stop" for mainland development. It provides a stage, expands opportunities, creates conditions, and offers prospects for numerous young people from Hong Kong and Macao to showcase their talents in Qianhai. It promotes extensive interactions, comprehensive exchanges, and deep integrations among young people from Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao, thereby enhancing their centripetal force towards the motherland. The Qianhai Authority, in collaboration with the Federation of Youth Groups Hong Kong and the Shenzhen Youth Federation, took youth work as a breakthrough and jointly initiated the establishment of the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Youth Innovation and Entrepreneur Hub on December 7, 2014. It was jointly recognized by the Guangdong Provincial Government and the Hong Kong SAR Government as one of the first "Guangdong-Hong Kong Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Bases"."
To further expand the innovation and entrepreneurship development space for young people from Shenzhen and Hong Kong in Qianhai, the Qianhai Authority has taken the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Youth Innovation and Entrepreneur Hub as a starting point. It focuses on constructing a system with a strong Hong Kong flavor, close cooperation, extensive exchanges, active innovation, and attentive services for young entrepreneurs from Shenzhen and Hong Kong to fulfill their dreams. This system covers the entire enterprise development cycle, from "startup, acceleration, to maturity".

Phase I of Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Youth Innovation and Entrepreneur Hub Positioned as a starting area for young entrepreneurs from Shenzhen and Hong Kong to fulfill their dreams of innovation and entrepreneurship, the project mainly provides incubation space for startups from Shenzhen and Hong Kong. Located in the Qianwan area of the Qianhai Cooperation Zone, the project covers an area of approximately 58,000 square meters and has a total floor area of about 47,000 square meters. It was completed and opened on December 7, 2014. Designed by Mr. Barrie Ho, a Hong Kong youth designer, Phase I of the Ehub is inspired by the traditional Chinese character for "dream". It comprises 10 buildings, including the Conference and Exhibition Centre, Youth Entrepreneurship Academy, Youth Entrepreneurship Park, Talent Apartments, Multifunctional Innovation Centre, Intelligent Qianhai Centre, etc. ![]() |

Phase II of Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Youth Innovation and Entrepreneur Hub Positioned as an acceleration area for young entrepreneurs from Shenzhen and Hong Kong to fulfill their dreams of innovation and entrepreneurship, the project mainly provides space for enterprises with good growth potential, strong innovation, excellent development, and high potential, as well as for top research institutions to convert their research outcomes and projects with good social effects. It promotes the marketization and industrialization of research outcomes, showcases successful entrepreneurship models, and provides successful experience paths for the development of young people from Shenzhen and Hong Kong. It focuses on industries where Hong Kong has advantages, such as artificial intelligence, embodied intelligence, life health technology, etc. Located in the Guiwan area of the Qianhai Cooperation Zone, the project covers an area of approximately 90,000 square meters and has a total floor area of about 143,000 square meters. It includes fourteen standard office buildings, one cultural facility, and one Hong Kong Youth Lodging Station. It was officially opened on July 21, 2022. |

They prioritize the introduction of industries encouraged by the Qianhai Cooperation Zone, such as finance, convention and exhibition, commerce and logistics, technology services, professional services, new international trade, modern marine industries, as well as digital and fashion, culture, sports, and tourism, advanced manufacturing, etc. Rental rates are between 30% and 70% of market rates. |
